After Shipment
1. After your order is shipped, we recommend keeping a close eye on the tracking status. Please contact us immediately if:
- The tracking information shows no updates for over 7 days, or
- The status indicates delivery, but you haven’t received the package.
Acting swiftly helps ensure we can work within the logistics provider's claim window.
2. Upon delivery, please confirm that all items are present and undamaged. Should you notice any issues or have questions related to shipping, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Shipping Limitations
- We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
- Shipping is currently not available to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), or the Freely Associated States (e.g., Palau).
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need shipments sent to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.
Ownership, Responsibility, and Shipping Terms
1. Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. Once your order ships, we cannot change the address. We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect addresses or fraudulent transactions.
Note: Orders with P.O. Box addresses will not be processed by couriers.
2. Order Modification & Cancellation: Orders (excluding pre-orders) are typically sent to the warehouse within 8 hours of purchase. After that, changes or cancellations are unlikely. We'll try to assist where possible, but results are not guaranteed. Fees arising from address errors or cancellations fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Returns Due to Delivery Issues because:
- The recipient didn’t contact the courier within 5 days of a delivery attempt, or
- An incorrect address was provided,
- we may charge additional fees for reshipping.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are only possible before your order ships. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Why hasn’t the tracking info updated?
If more than 7 days have passed without updates, contact us. If it’s been less than 7 days, we recommend waiting a bit longer, as some updates may be delayed.
I only received part of my order. What now?
Your order may have been split into multiple shipments due to product availability. Items may arrive at different times. Please wait a few days and check tracking before contacting us.
The tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t get it. What should I do?
Start by checking with your local post office and inspecting the delivery area. If you still can’t locate it, contact us—we’re happy to help.
Will multiple items ship together?
We try to consolidate shipments whenever possible, but depending on logistics and stock, your order may arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking for each.

1. Service Scope
This After-Sales Service Policy applies to PioCreat products sold through official channels. PioCreat reserves the final right of interpretation.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Customers are eligible to return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. The following conditions and policies apply:
2.1 Unconditional Return or Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receipt without reason, providing the product is in its original condition and fully functional. The product itself, along with its original packaging, accessories, gifts, manuals, trademark labels, etc., must be intact and undamaged, and must not affect resale.
Shipping and any taxes incurred during return shipping shall be borne by the customer.
2.2 Return or Exchange Due to Quality Issues
If the product fails to work properly due to a fault that isn't caused by human damage or misuse, you can request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receipt. PioCreat will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Important Notes
- Submission Timeline: Once a return or exchange request is approved, customers must ship the product within 7 calendar days. Failure to do so within this period will result in cancellation of the request. A new return request must be submitted. This will restart the troubleshooting process, and the timeline for resolving the issue will be reset.
- Packaging Requirement: Customers must retain the original packaging for at least 14 calendar days after receipt. All returns must be shipped in the original box.
- Product Inspection: Returned products will undergo inspection by PioCreat upon receipt. If the item fails to meet return criteria, PioCreat reserves the right to decline the return or deduct relevant fees.
Returns and exchanges are not eligible under the following circumstances:
- The product return and exchange period has passed.
- The product was not sold by PioCreat, valid proof of purchase is missing, or purchase documents have been forged or altered.
- The product's appearance or functionality does not meet the standards required for a return or exchange, including failure to return all items contained in the original packaging, accessories, gifts, manuals, trademark labels, invoices, etc., or any human-caused damage to the appearance.
- Product malfunction caused by improper installation or operation not following the official manual or tutorial.
- Without the technical consent of the company, dismantle, copy, and modify the equipment without authorization, resulting in equipment failure.
- Upon inspection by PioCreat, the product is found to be without quality issues or does not meet the standards for return or exchange.
- The product has quality issues not inherent to the product itself, due to collisions, damages, unauthorized modifications, foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.).
- Equipment failure due to force majeure factors (such as natural disasters: fire, earthquake, flood, thunder).
- The return/exchange wasn't sent within 7 calendar days after service was confirmed or another specified timeframe by PioCreat.
3. Warranty Policy

You can apply for warranty service if your product has a performance issue that is not caused by misuse or human-caused damage and is still within the warranty period
If the product has a performance issue that is not caused by misuse or human-caused damage and is still within the warranty period, you can apply for free repair by providing a valid warranty certificate.
Eligibility for free warranty service includes:
- The product is within the warranty period, without issues due to misuse or human-caused damage.
- Avoid disassembling, modifying, or adding parts that aren’t in the official manuals.
- A valid purchase invoice and machine serial number (SN) is provided.
Warranty Exclusions
You will not be eligible for free warranty service under the following circumstances:
- The product is outside of the warranty period.
- Wear and tear or consumable damage due to regular use.
- Failure to install and operate the machine according to the instructions or operation.
- Without the technical consent of the company, dismantle, copy, and modify the equipment without authorization, resulting in equipment failure.
- Due to improper use, the machine is immersed in liquid, resulting in a short circuit of the machine or overloading of the equipment, resulting in equipment failure.
- Equipment failure due to force majeure factors (such as natural disasters: fire, earthquake, flood, thunder).
- Update the firmware or tamper with the device program without the guidance of the technician, causing the machine to malfunction.
- The use of third-party accessories from other companies leads to machine failure.
- Failure to provide a valid machine code, or purchasing a warranty card, altering equipment information without authorization, the handwriting is blurred and unrecognizable.
- When no action is taken within 7 calendar days after contacting PioCreat for warranty service near the end of the warranty period.
